Performance,creative dance, drama, music, mask and mime.
In April/May 2000: For 'Take Art!' (Somersets Rural Arts Agency), drama and creative dance with pre-school children. Taking the theme of 'journeys' we explored the movement of creatures of the air,land and sea, invented stories and created mini-dramas which they showed to parents.
In June/July 2000: with First Cut Theatre co; a series of creative workshops with First Schools. The colourful Whirligig Rag Rug created by communities in Somerset was the stimulus for drama, dance and creative writing with the children.
Since1994: Drama Clubs at the Merlin Theatre(7-11yrs). Each term a new theme is chosen and new skills are learned. We are currently developing Mime skills and devising a performance based on the Silent Movies.
